Halloween (2007)

My least favorite entry in the Halloween franchise.  The trailer looked somewhat promising but when I saw the film, I ran from the theater screaming, and not in a good way.  Whether it was the 45 minute white trash backstory or an irritating-as-hell Laurie Strode, Rob Zombie's interpretation was as appealing as a bag of candy corn.

Halloween was filmed in South Pasadena, Altadena, North Hills and Castaic, CA

If you follow the signs to the Old LA Zoo, you'll come to a parking lot and just west of there is the spot seen in the film...

This is easily recognizable as Haddonfield Memorial Hospital in Halloween II (1981), which was building 10.  This Halloween used building 4.

Mountain View Cemetery

This area is at the far end of the cemetery near section 4536...

Even though a different cemetery was used in John Carpenter's Halloween, this one also has a Sinclair tombstone, as well as a few other familiar last names in horror...
