It's Fame meets Annie when a 1960's playboy millionaire adopts six girls (five when it went to series) to soften his image. In between the growing pains, the girls sang hits of the era with the unique aspect of adding lyrics that pertained to the story. Rags to Riches only lasted a season and a half but was probably an inspiration for Glee.
