A family of four stop for the night at a deserted trailer park before disposing the troublesome daughter away at boarding school. As it turns out, they're not the only inhabitants. Three psychopaths in familiar masks do some disposing of their own. After taking out the parental authorities, it's up to Luke and Kinsey to battle Dollface, Pin-Up Girl and The Man in the Mask for their lives.
The Strangers: Prey At Night is a textbook example of movie development hell. The sequel to The Strangers was first announced a mere three months after the first film... in 2008! After several projected start dates, filming finally commenced in 2017, with the sequel's release date being ten years after the first film. The movie was no stranger ;-) to harsh critics, but The Strangers: Prey At Night exceeded my expectations for a sequel, especially one that took so long to hit cinemas. The swimming pool scene is the most notable for me. And any use of 80s tunes for the soundtrack is totally radical in my book.

This was a Wally World experience. Drove two hours out of the way only to find the bridge is no longer...

Located just down the hill from the office. I arrived at 8am in the morning so unfortunately it wasn't open yet. I tried my best to line up shots through the fences...
