Tiffany - All This Time (1988)

Teen pop star Tiffany exploded onto the scene in 1987, though she wasn't alone now.  Debbie Gibson had appeared out of the blue a few months earlier and garnered a few hits herself, though Tiffany's first two went to number one.  A year later, she released her sophomore album and experienced a sophomore slump.  Hold An Old Friend's Hand had a weak pulse, barely cracking the top 20.  The lead single, All This Time, fared a little better and hit number 6 on the Hot 100.  For the video, Tiffany is seen at various spots mourning the end of a relationship and possibly taking a midnight train to Georgia.

The White Lotus (2021-)

Maui's posh White Lotus Resort welcomes a new boatload of guests including honeymooners Shane and Alexandra, grieving daughter Tanya and the Mossbacher family.  They are greeted by the staff, who are devoted to making their stay a memorable one.  As the week progresses, an idyllic getaway begins to turn into a series of dark events that ends in murder.

Filming for season one took place in 2020 during the Covid pandemic.  The Four Seasons was closed, which made commandeering the resort easy.  The first season of The White Lotus was met with critical acclaim.  The series won five out of its eleven Emmy nominations and was quickly renewed.  The anthology series took place in Sicily for season two, Thailand for season three.  Season four's location is still a mystery.

Back To The Future Part III (1990)

Marty McFly travels back to 1885 to save Doc Brown from being shot by Biff Tannen's great-grandfather Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen.  After arriving in newly found Hill Valley, he gets into a scuffle with Mad Dog but is saved by Doc, who decides to leave 1885 after learning what's in store for him.  He deduces without fuel, the DeLorean can reach 88 mph with a steam locomotive helping it along.  Meanwhile Doc falls in love with schoolteacher Clara Clayton and Marty is challenged to a showdown with Mad Dog.  Doc's theory about the locomotive proves true as Marty returns to 1985 in the DeLorean and reunites with Jennifer.  He also avoids a drag race that Doc warned him about that would change his life.   Doc and Clara appear in the locomotive with their children and Doc encourages them to make their future a good one before heading off for another time.

Back To The Future Part III was filmed right after Part II was completed.  The Old West was chosen for the time period after Michael J. Fox expressed interest.  The change of scenery was welcome after spending so much time in past, modern and futuristic Hill Valley.  The film raked in just under 100 million at the box office and although it didn't quite match the previous efforts, reviews were mostly favorable.  Back To The Future Part III has resonated with fans over time and the trilogy is regarded as one of the best of all time.
